COOK & CHEF INSTITUTE FOUNDATION HAS SIGNED A PARTNERSHIP BANGKOK THAI COOKING SCHOOL

The Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy joins the Cook and Chef Institute with the desire to continue its excellent work and keep growing but now equipped with a wide selection of Bergner products.

 

Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy has a long-running professional Thai culinary training program—catering to novices, cooks, and chefs from around the world.  Classes and recipes for authentic professional dishes are in English.  Training runs from 1 to 8 weeks with accommodations provided to all foreign students.  Diplomas are earned upon successful completion of training.  During 8 weeks, one can expect to learn 200+ professional dishes.  Emphasis is placed on authenticity with emphasis on aroma, flavor, and professional presentation.  In addition to professional training, beginner cooking classes for tourists, private cooking classes, private chef training, fruit carving classes, and team building events are offered.

 

Thanks to this new collaboration, learning, research and the exchange of knowledge among professionals in the cooking world are guaranteed.

 

Cook & Chef institute foundation has signed a partnership with Thai Chef School

 The Thai Chef School in Thailand has become part of the schools sponsored by the Cook and Chef Institute.

 
Thai Chef School is a new vocational training school in Bangkok, catering largely to the teaching of basic culinary skills to beginner culinary students.  In addition to learning basic culinary skills, such as cutlery, food higiene and food costing. Here a mixture of Thai, Chinese, and Japanese dishes are taught so that students can find jobs on cruise ships and in hotels.  The school works with foreign culinary schools and Hospitality institutions in teaching semester long training in Thai cooking.  Here foreign students earn college credits while learning about Thai culture and cuisine. Also, it is accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education.
 
Thanks to this sponsorship, Bergner helps the school to continue to grow and be noticed in the sector by providing them with a selection of brand products. On the other hand, the school uses all this equipment and cooperates in the technological and innovative development of the brand through the tests of chefs and students.

COOK & CHEF INSTITUTE FOUNDATION HAS SIGNED A PARTNERSHIP WITH ARTESANOS DE LA GASTRONOMIA

We are proud to have at the Cook and Chef Institute schools that are much more than that. Our Costa Rican ambassador, Randy Siles, is the founder of "Artesanos de la Gastronomía", a culinary school that identifies, trains, develops and facilitates the insertion in the gastronomic labor market to young people at risk of social exclusion. These guys have a great talent despite coming from communities in need.

 

The impact of this school has been such that Mel Gibson has boarded the boat of social inclusion of young people and now is the godfather of this magnificent project.

 

"Artesanos de la gastronomía" is based on discipline, respect, intense and fair work, creativity and a solid platform of values. In addition, the school works in technical programs with a practical and agile format to achieve an effective training according to the perceived needs of the market in a maximum of 6 months.

 

The Cook and Chef Institute also puts its two cents in this great project of helping young people by equipping the kitchens of the school with a wide selection of Bergner's kitchen products with the aim that these young people will become great professionals one day as our ambassador and founder of this school Randy Siles. We also place all our trust in them to test all the products so we can continue to grow and improve thanks to their evaluation.

The Aula Culinària del Vallés school already collaborates with the Cook and Chef Institute. Bergner, has equipped his kitchen with a selection of products to help them grow and keep cooking every day. In addition, the school, test each product and thanks to their evaluations we grant the prestigious seal of quality products that deserve it.
 
Aula Culinària del Vallés by Lola G. Oliver is a training school for professional and amateur chefs in Granollers.
 
This project has grown and settled into a reference school for experienced chefs and kitchen lovers who seek to start in the culinary world in a more professional manner. For this purpose, Culinary Classroom bases its training on a methodology of theoretical and practical sessions, in which students are expected to enjoy and obtain the necessary knowledge to elaborate from a simple elaboration to the execution of recipes with a more technical cooking.

 

COOK & CHEF INSTITUTE FOUNDATION HAS SIGNED A PARTNERSHIP WITH "INSTITUTO SUPERIOR TAGUA"

The Instituto Superior TAGUA joins the schools sponsored by the Cook and Chef Institute. Thanks to this new incorporation, the school will have the best Bergner kitchenware for its kitchens. On the other hand, each product will be tested exhaustively by both the students and chefs, sending their opinion to the Cook and Chef Institute and thus continue to improve and grow day by day.

 

The Institute Tagua, offers the career of Superior Technician in Tourism and Hotel Management with emphasis on Gastronomy or Lodging. It also manages Scholarships with private companies or with private individuals, committed to the training of women.

 

In addition, this school has been one of the six schools who has participated in the first cooking contest organized by the Cook and Chef Institute in Panama.

 

The collaboration between both entities includes training activities, research and exchange of experiences. The agreement reflects the willingness of both parties to jointly organize training and dissemination programs, conduct studies and research programs or establish channels for the exchange of information and reciprocal advice.

The Mise En Place cooking school is already part of the Cook and Chef Institute's list of schools. Now they can enjoy the full ranges of Bergner's kitchenware.

Mise En Place is a space to share culinary knowledge through courses for amateurs of all ages, business workshops or team building and professionals.

In addition, they help discover a new way of understanding the cooking world, in a space designed for the comfort of the students.

In the practical classes the student develops the recipe and cooks with the instructor chef. In addition, the material is included as well as the tasting, complete recipes and certificate for participation.

The schools of the Cook and Chef Institute test daily the kitchenware in their kitchens, thus cooperating in the technological and innovative development through the tests of chefs and students.

Bergner, with the Cook and Chef Institute, and the ISAC cooking school in Panama have signed a collaboration agreement to promote learning, research and the exchange of knowledge among professionals in the world of cooking.

ISAC PANAMA was the first cooking school that the Ministry of Education of Panama approved in 2004.

The educational quality, the practical hours, the practices in hotels and restaurants have become the standard of this institution. They currently have more than 500 graduates, including Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs and even restaurant and hotel managers.

The ISAC of Panama brings to the society very well prepared chefs, with knowledge in modern cuisine, Panamanian cuisine, pastry and many other things, to be at the level of the most important gastronomic cities in the world.
